Steadfast Courier Integration

A step-by-step guide to connecting and automating your parcel entries.

1. Obtain API Credentials

To connect your Steadfast merchant account with AriseSell, you will need your API Key and Secret Key.

  • Log in to your Steadfast Merchant Portal at portal.steadfast.com.bd.
  • In the left sidebar, click on Settings, then select API Settings.
  • You will see your API Key and Secret Key listed on this page. If you do not have one yet, click "Generate New Keys".
  • Copy both of these keys securely.

2. Configure Webhooks for Live Tracking

To receive real-time parcel lifecycle updates (In Transit, Delivered, Returned) directly from Steadfast without manual polling, configure Webhook Integration in your Steadfast Merchant Portal:

Your unique shop token starts with snf- (found inside your Steadfast Connect modal in AriseSell).

In your Steadfast Portal, navigate to Settings → Webhook Integration, paste the Callback Url and Auth Token(Bearer) into the respective fields, and click Save.

3. Testing and Activating

Go back to the Integrations page in AriseSell. Click Connect on the Steadfast Courier card.

  • Paste the API Key and Secret Key into the dialog.
  • Click ⚡ Test Connection to verify the keys are correct. This will also fetch and display your current COD balance securely.
  • If the test is successful, click Save & Activate.

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed / Unauthorized
Ensure you copied the entire string without any leading or trailing spaces. Try generating a new key pair in Steadfast if the issue persists.
Balance not showing correctly
Steadfast API caches balance internally. Allow up to 15 minutes for COD balance to sync after disbursements.
