bKash, Nagad & Rocket Payment Guide

Mode 1: Merchant API Gateway Integration
For businesses with registered Merchant accounts.
bKash Merchant Setup
Log into your bKash Merchant Portal → API Credentials. Copy your App Key, App Secret, Username, and Password. Paste them in the AriseSell bKash wizard and click ⚡ Test & Save.
Nagad Merchant Setup
Log into your Nagad Merchant Portal → API & Gateway Credentials. Copy your Merchant ID, Public Key, and Private Key. Paste them in the AriseSell Nagad wizard and click ⚡ Test & Save.
Rocket Biller Setup
Log into your Dutch-Bangla Bank Merchant Portal → Biller Credentials. Copy your Biller ID, Terminal ID, and Password. Paste them in the AriseSell Rocket wizard and click ⚡ Test & Save.
AriseSell SMS Bridge: setup and sign in
Use the Android phone that receives your wallet's payment SMS. Owner login loads your saved store connections; you do not need to paste a webhook URL or scan a QR for normal setup.
- In AriseSell, open Integrations → bKash, Nagad or Rocket → Personal SMS Sync and save the receiving wallet number for each provider you use. In Store Settings → Payment Policies, select Automated Verification and save.
- Install the latest AriseSell SMS Bridge APK on that phone. Android 8.0 or later is required. Open the app and tap Continue with AriseSell.
- Sign in as the store owner in the browser and press Continue with AriseSell to approve the connection. Your owner name and owned stores are detected automatically; no code or store selection is needed in the browser. If the browser does not return to the app, tap Open SMS Bridge or switch back to the app.
- Inside the app, use Change store on Home or Connect to choose the store receiving these payments. Switching stores pauses forwarding. If a store or newly saved provider connection is missing, sign out and Continue with AriseSell again to refresh your connections.
- On Connect, tap Allow incoming SMS and grant the permission. Test connection for each saved provider. Connected means the server responded successfully; saving a connection alone does not prove it works. Connection tests do not create payment receipts.
- On Home, enable forwarding for the selected store. Keep internet and background operation available. Only new supported incoming payment SMS received after forwarding is enabled are queued; existing inbox messages, OTPs, PINs and promotions are not imported.
Check receipts and totals
Home shows totals for Today, a month, a year or a custom date range, with bKash, Nagad and Rocket breakdowns. History shows Sent, Pending, Failed and Rejected receipts; tap a receipt for its SMS details. Sent means AriseSell saved the receipt or recognized an existing one, not that an order is confirmed.
Temporary delivery failures retry automatically; use Retry where available. Invalid or disconnected credentials require reconnecting. Synced receipt history belongs to the store and can be restored after login; unsent receipts remain in this phone's queue and are lost if you uninstall or clear app data.
QR changes and reconnecting
Keep Payment Sync QR codes private: they contain connection credentials. Generate New QR replaces the old token immediately. After generating a new QR or changing the wallet, sign out of SMS Bridge and Continue with AriseSell again to load the current connections. Optional Scan QR code saves and tests a provider connection, but clears the current account login; sign in again before using the app.
SMS Bridge synchronizes receipt evidence; it does not verify bank settlement through an official provider API. For an end-to-end test, use a genuine new payment and check both History and the store's Payment Ledger. Never invent a payment SMS for a live store.
Mode 3: Manual Confirmation (Offline Review)
For manual checking by store moderators.
Enter your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number and optional payment instructions (e.g. "Send Money to 017XXXXXXXX and send us the TrxID"). When customers reach the checkout stage, the AI provides your number, collects their TrxID, and creates the order with a "Payment Pending Approval" badge for 1-click verification in your Orders & Fulfilment dashboard.
⚡Courier COD Auto-Adjustment & Security
When an advance delivery fee (e.g. ৳150) is verified via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket:
- Net COD Deduction:Order total is recalculated automatically (e.g., Total ৳1,200 − Prepaid ৳150 = ৳1,050 Net COD).
- 1-Click Dispatch Sync: When booking with Steadfast Courier or Pathao, AriseSell automatically transmits the exact remaining COD amount (৳1,050) to the courier API, ensuring riders never overcharge or undercharge customers.
- Security Guard: Duplicate TrxID reuse attempts across different threads or stores are instantly flagged and rejected.
