Method 1: Website Tracking Script (<head>)

Fastest setup for standard HTML sites, WordPress, landing pages, and Webflow.

1. Copy Your Pixel Tag

Open Integrations → Website to get your pre-filled script snippet with your unique store slug:

2. Placement by Platform

Standard HTML / Landing Pages:Paste the tag directly before the closing </head> tag on all pages.

WordPress / WooCommerce:Go to Appearance → Theme File Editor → header.php and paste before </head>, or install a free plugin like "WPCode - Insert Headers and Footers".

Next.js / React (App Router):Add the <Script> component inside app/layout.tsx.

Google Tag Manager:Create a new tag of type Custom HTML, paste the script, and set the firing trigger to All Pages.

Method 2: Server-to-Server Order Webhook API

Recommended for custom backend checkouts (Node.js, Laravel, Django, Python).

Keep the ingest token on your server, never in browser code or the pixel tag. Send only independently verified checkout orders; browser signals never create orders. Activate Website to create the separate credential inside Integrations → Website → Auth Header.

Shopify connections require that store's app signing secret; WooCommerce connections require the separate Secret configured on its webhook. Supply webhook_secret when connecting. Signing secrets shared across tenants are rejected. Disconnecting Website revokes its ingest token.
